Mother's Day Weekend

Ok so it didn't last long for me to go over a week since my last post! Anyways, I am trying! We had a very busy Mother's Day weekend. First off Saturday my parents and I did the Indianapolis Mini Marathon. I run and my parents walk. I completed 13.1 miles in my fasted time out the 4 years I have done it with a time of 1 hour and 53 minutes. I was very very pleased with my time. My 50 year old parents walked just under a 13 minute mile which is pretty darn fast for some old people!! Just kidding! I love them!

On Mother's Day we made a trip to Heritage Lake to work on the camper site. We worked on the deck (I mean PJ worked on the deck) and the kiddos played. Here are a few pictures from our day! Brooklyn loves going there and cries when we have to leave. We can't wait til the weather stays nice so we can bring the boat and go swimming at the beach. We are also looking foward to Memorial Day weekend. That will be the first weekend we stay the night in our pop-up camper and maybe have some visitors with us. Depending on the weather we may take some boat rides. I am sure the water will be way too cold for my likings so I will make PJ get in the Brooklyn because cold water wont stop her from swimming.
